Doğtaş Kelebek Mobilya named the " Most Admired Company in the industry " again this year

Doğtaş Kelebek Mobilya ranked first again this year among the most admired companies in the furniture industry in the "Most Admired Companies in Turkey" survey conducted for the 16th time by Capital, a business magazine.

Offering its customers novel, unique, and practical life spaces where they can reflect the latest trends, Doğtaş Kelebek Mobilya has received yet another award. The company has ranked among the top three in surveys every year since 2010, and confirmed its success once more by taking first place in the most admired companies ranking.

Doğtaş Kelebek Mobilya CEO Ersin Serbes expressed justified pride at having ranked first in the "Most Admired Companies" survey of Capital once again this year. Attributing the company's success to the efforts of a committed team, Serbes said: "I would like to thank all my colleagues, vendors, solution partners, and of course, our valuable customers for giving us the opportunity to enjoy the bliss of this achievement."

Stating that the purpose of the company is to achieve excellent customer satisfaction, Serbes said: "These awards are the most significant proof that we are on the right path." Serbes continued his statement as follows: "Our group does not just makes and sells furniture. Beyond that, we aim to add joy to the life spaces of our customers. And thus we follow the latest trends and manufacture products that make life easier. This makes us a company that is a leader and is looked to for ideas. As pat of the survey conducted by Capital, approximately 1,600 executives from more than 500 companies were contacted as representatives of the business world. The field study took three months, and the survey was conducted by online questionnaire. The most important performance fields serving as the criteria for the ideal company in the survey were management of the company by corporate management principles, reliability, social benefits, rights, and compensation policy offered to employees, employee satisfaction, and about and investment contribution to the region and the economy.
