Doğtaş Wins Best Customer Experience Management Award!

Validating its product and service quality several times with the numerous awards it has received throughout the year, Doğtaş received the Best Customer Experience Management Award.

One of Turkey's most admired and valuable brands, and a pioneer in furniture and decoration trends, Doğtaş continues to win new awards. Having received the Consumer Satisfaction-Oriented Company Award from the Ministry of Customs and Trade a few months ago, Doğtaş received the A.L.F.A. Awards, Best Customer Experience Management Award under a survey conducted by Marketing Turkey magazine.

The award ceremony organized by Marketing Turkey was held at the Kemer Country Club on May 17. The A.L.F.A. Awards, Best Customer Experience Management Award was delivered to İlhan Tunçman, Chief Brand and Sales Officer at Doğtaş, and his brand team.

Noting that the company adopted customer satisfaction as the fundamental principle, Tunçman said that they were happy to receive such an important award and emphasized that they had adopted the right method for such efforts.
